East African Wildlife Society
The East African Wildlife Society, EAWLS, was formed in 1961. The Kenya and Tanzania Wildlife Societies joined with wildlife enthusiasts from Uganda, to give rise to EAWLS.
For over forty years, EAWLS has been at the forefront of efforts protecting endangered and threatened species and habitats in East Africa.
